Last winter, I arrived at a friend’s house to find they had converted the entire living room into a blanket fort, complete with couches, blankets, cushions, and strings of fairy lights. We spent hours chatting and sipping wine in our little sanctuary while the snow piled up outside.

Even if you’re an adult, there’s a kid inside just waiting to play in a blanket fort again.
