Most of us have popsicle molds tucked away somewhere in our cupboards. If you’ve done away with yours, you’ll want to get one or two after you see what you’re missing out on. With the hot weather upon us I decided to take matters into my own hands and make my own popsicles to stay cool this summer. Here are some ideas to get you started.

Blackberry Ombre is as fun to eat as it is to make. Ombre will never go out of style at my house. I love this idea for all kinds of fruit and they will be a hit at your next party.

Chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana is the best thing to happen since pb&j. Better than sliced bread if you ask me. Is it just me or is this technically a breakfast popsicle?

Coconut Pineapple Yogurt sounds perfectly refreshing for a day by the pool. Stay hydrated and cool at the same time with these tasty treats.

Iced Coffee sounds like a great way to start the day. If you need an afternoon peek-me-up then this is the perfect popsicle for you!

I love making popsicles with fruit but I have never thought of using Cantaloupe! They have been so juicy and flavorful this year they will be perfect for a cool summer treat.

The Yogurt Parfait is the perfect guilt-free dessert for summertime. It’s pretty much a health food if you ask me!

I am not sure what we put in ice cream before the beloved Oreo came along. This popsicle is the perfect blend with your favorite crumbled cookie.

When I was a kid I could never decide on an ice cream flavor so Neapolitan quickly became a favorite. These are nostalgic and delicious!

I take these out , let them soften, and add a light sprinkle of salt because nothing compliments Caramel better than that!

Although green tea is an acquired taste, I just love these Raspberry Green Tea treats! Best of all, they are technically good for you!

Have fun making these delicious treats and experiment with new flavors, just be mindful of brain freeze!
