Little details make the holiday even more enjoyable. However, sometimes while I’m rushing to get the turkey in the oven or trying to iron the table linens, the little details get over looked.
This year I’m trying to get an early start on my holiday planning and shopping so that I have more time to focus on those little details. While searching for cute DIY Thanksgiving projects I came across these beautiful DIY Thanksgiving place cards. They are just what I need for my table scape.
What you’ll need:
Glue or Mod Podge
First, glitter your clothespin by brushing on a layer of Mod Podge, sprinkling on some gold glitter, and then add another layer of Mod Podge. Then cut your card stock into a leaf shape and write your guests name on each of them using the white Sharpie. Finally, clothes-pin the leaf and burlap together…and that’s it!
This DIY is super simple and of course, the perfect little detail!
You work too hard for your money to throw it all away on full price when you don't have to!
