If you’re lucky enough to be surrounded in bright colors every fall, then you might be inclined to collect the prettiest leaves like I do. I am always looking for interesting way to use and display then and am sharing the craft ideas that inspire me this year.

I think glitter can be quite offensive, but I adore this Glitter Leaf Garland. As with most projects, I can see how this idea can be morphed into many different projects.

I recall making something similar when I was about 10, so these Autumn Lanterns are especially nostalgic for me. Lining them up down the center of the dining table with some beautiful leaves scattered around them would make a great centerpiece.

The following idea also reminded me of childhood arts and crafts. It’s always heartwarming to experience things with my kids and let them know that I too had my turn at their age. Leaf Rubbings combine fun fall leaves with coloring and is delightful at any age.

Years ago there was a similar display in a shop window near my office and they changed it up with the seasons. Little birds in the spring, handmade flowers in the summer, leaves in the faill, and snowflakes for winter. This inspires me to do the same and this Watercolor Leaf Mobile is the perfect place to start.

This Leaf Bowl is the perfect place for a set of keys or a holder for jewelry when it comes off. I have seen bowls made with multiple leaves but I adore this single leaf bowl and think my kids would enjoy making them too.

When it comes to seeing the gorgeous leaves on the ground, I want to start picking out the prettiest ones. Now I know what I will do with them! Framed Leaves are a great way to add color and a festive touch to your wall or mantel. I often see nice frames at the dollar store and have picked up some beautiful frames at yard sales.

This DIY Leaf Backdrop is a great idea for family photos. Personally, I would like to make a small version to hang on the door instead of a wreath. Who’s with me?

I know I’ve already used a Leaf Mobile idea but I could resist this one as well. Different sizes and colors of leaves made it impossible to resist. I’d love to hang some from our wind chime on the porch.

This idea is worth investing in paper punches if you don’t use them already. Make your own Leaf Confetti to use as a table decoration, or to make greeting cards or other crafts. It’s a great craft for kids to help with.

Make your own fall-themed faux Stained Glass to display on your windows. They’re fun to make and they look great. A fun craft for kids of all ages.
