I don’t know about you, but I can’t stand the taste of conversation hearts. However, I sure do love the way they look! They are absolutely adorable!

This year I wanted to decorate my home with conversation hearts for Valentine’s day. I think all three of these ideas are great!

1. Candy Heart Flower Vase

You’ll Need:
Two Vases – different sizes
Candy Hearts
Flowers
Water

First, place smaller vase inside larger vase. Then, fill the extra space inside the larger vase with candy hearts. Finally, fill the smaller vase with water and add your flowers.

2. Conversation Heart Art

This decor idea is so simple. Use an old frame and glue conversation hearts into the shape of a heart on the backing. You can also use a canvas and paint it the color of your choosing.

3. Conversation Heart Topiaries

I love adding height to my home decor. These Conversation Heart topiaries are perfect! These are equally as easy as the last two DIY projects but may be a little more time consuming.

You’ll Need:
Floral Foam Cones
Hot glue gun with glue sticks
Conversation hearts

Simply hot glue the conversation hearts to the foam cones in the pattern of your choosing.
