Walgreens This Week: Garnier & Dove Deals Under $1!

I just got back from Walgreens and I'm genuinely shocked at how low my total was. If you're not shopping Walgreens with their myWalgreens rewards and digital coupons, you're missing out on some serious freebies.

Here's what's working RIGHT NOW (verified February 11, 2026):

💇 Hair Care for Under $1!

Garnier Fructis & Whole Blends

Sale Price: $4.49 each

Deal: Buy 2, get $4 Register Reward

Digital Coupon: $3/2

Final price: $0.95 each after rewards!

I grabbed two bottles of the Whole Blends coconut shampoo and paid $5.98, got back $4 in Register Rewards. Basically $1 shampoo - I'll take it!

🧼 Body Wash Steals

Dove Body Wash

This is one of the featured deals this week at Walgreens. Stack the sale with digital coupons and myWalgreens cash for under $2 per bottle.

Softsoap Hand Soap Refills

50oz refill bottles: $5.99 each

Deal: Buy 2, get $2 Register Reward

Digital Coupon: $5/2

Final price: $2.44 each

That's a massive bottle for less than the cost of a regular hand soap. I stocked up on two.

💄 Cosmetics Deals

Walgreens always has rotating cosmetics deals. Check the weekly ad for buy-one-get-one offers on CoverGirl, Revlon, or L'Oréal. Stack with digital coupons for $2-3 makeup.

📺 How Walgreens Rewards Work:

  1. myWalgreens (free to join) - Base rewards program

  2. Digital Coupons - Clip in app, automatic at checkout

  3. Monthly Savings Book - In-store booklet with store coupons

  4. Register Rewards - Catalina coupons that print at register

  5. Walgreens Cash - Like store credit, can use on future purchases

The Secret to Free Stuff at Walgreens:

The magic is "rolling" your Register Rewards. Here's what I do:

  1. Week 1: Buy Garnier, pay $6, get $4 Register Reward

  2. Week 2: Use that $4 Register Reward to buy something else that gives rewards

  3. Keep rolling - never pay full price!

My Walgreens Trip Today:

Purchased:

2 Garnier Whole Blends @ $4.49 = $8.98

2 Softsoap Refills @ $5.99 = $11.98

1 Colgate toothpaste @ $3.99 = $3.99

Coupons used:

$3/2 Garnier digital

$5/2 Softsoap digital

$2 Colgate digital

Total after coupons: $14.95

Register Rewards received: $6.00

Net cost: $8.95 for $25 worth of stuff!

Pro Tips for Walgreens Success:

  • Download the app - All digital coupons live there

  • Check weekly ad every Sunday - New deals drop then

  • Use Register Rewards within 2 weeks - They expire!

  • Don't use Register Rewards on same-brand items - Won't print new rewards

  • Sign up for myWalgreens - 1% back on everything, 5% on Walgreens brands

Walgreens vs CVS:

I shop both, but here's my take:

  • Walgreens - Better hair care deals, easier rewards system

  • CVS - Better for free toothpaste and personal care

  • Both - Require you to play the coupon game to win

Bottom Line:

Walgreens is absolutely worth adding to your deal-hunting rotation. Their hair care deals alone save me $20+ per month, and the Softsoap refills keep us stocked for pennies.

These deals run through February 14th. Get there before Saturday!
