In celebration of summer, we thought we would share this awesome tip to make your next corn cob cookout a success. This is one of the easiest ways to cook corn on the cob, no shucking required!
I just picked up one of these and can I just say – I LOVE it! We love corn salad at my house!
Robert Young from Jeffersonville High School shared a great tip with us: “If you want to cut your corn off the cob for cooking or freezing – take a ‘bundt’ cake pan & stick the narrow end of the ear of corn into the center hole of the pan to help hold it steady – then start cutting & the kernels will fall down into the pan for scooping into freezer bags, etc. No muss – no fuss – no bother!”
